We started making beer in our college backyard with the hopes of creating a lighter - better quality drink. Being beer loving girls, we found it interesting how most of our friends would never pick up a beer. We commonly heard that “beer is too heavy,” “it hurts my stomach” or that they just did not like the taste.

 

By focusing on the natural brewing process (beer made with organic ingredients and no additives) we developed a smooth and refreshing drink that even won over our anti-beer friends. Light and drinkable, Phiella is not just for the fellas.
